As a rapidly growing Company, we are looking for professional call answering receptionists with natural flair for delivering telephone-based customer service that is second to none.

Who will I be working with?


You will join our growing team who benefit from a modern open plan working environment, and a family-like atmosphere where teamwork and communication flows naturally.


So, what will the role of PA entail?


Working within a team, you'll receive industry leading training to enable you to provide first-class customer service to your allocated clients and their callers.

You'll build and maintain relationships with clients to become familiar with each business and their requirements, which will enable you to effectively handle telephone calls on their behalf.


On top of the training, you will be supported by your team and your Team Leader in order to develop your skills as you grow into the role.

There will never be a dull moment, as often you will be answering upwards of 100 calls a day. You will provide a helpful, friendly service, taking accurate, quality messages, that you will then record on your system. Your messages will instantly be relayed to the client.

  • Good computer skills, with timely and accurate data entry and typing skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a busy, flexible team

Hours of Work - 2 Part Time Options Available:
Thursday and Friday - 7.5hr shifts between 8am and 8pm with weekend shifts on a rota basis.

or

Two Evenings per week 3.30pm - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm (paid at time and a half)

Salary:
£10.26 per hr increasing to £11 per hour from 6.4.23

Successful applicants will need to be available for 8 weeks paid training. Discussed in interview.
