Ppm Field Service Engineer

BRITA Vivreau are on the hunt for a Pre-Planned Maintenance Field Service Engineer to join our team to service our customers London. We are interested in speaking to you if you are technically minded and are confident in the use of powertools.


The purpose of the role is to diagnose faults and repair equipment on our customer sites, as directed by the Service Delivery Planners, in line with company Operational and Health & Safety processes.


The Main responsibilities will include:

  • To confidently BRITA on customer sites ensuring that expectations are met and any issues are resolved or escalated as appropriate.
  • Complete all fault diagnosis and repairs on
    BRITA Vivreau product range, ensuring that all Health & Safety and site processes are adhered to.
  • Ensure that steps are taken to prevent faults reoccurring and that jobs are fixed on the first visit whenever possible
  • Complete PPM filter exchanges on customer sites as directed by the Service Delivery Planners.
  • Manage spare parts, ensuring that stock usage is logged via PDA so that safety stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure all tools/tool bags are inspected before use and used inline with the manufactures guidelines and any defects or lose to be reported to line manager.
  • Ensure all vehicles are kept clean & tidy at all times.
  • Complete all administration, including fleet checks, site surveys and complete job notes on time and submitted.

What you need to be successful in the role

  • You must have a clean, valid driving licence
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a "cando" attitude and be reliable and well organised


We offer extensive training, all tools and IT equipment, company van, year end bonus, 23 days annual leave + bank holidays and a salary of up to £26,000 per annum.
