We're doing things differently at Helping at Home - we believe that by building a team where we trust, respect and support each other, we create the platform that will give our clients the best possible quality of person-centred care.
We support our clients in Newark, Southwell and surrounding villages. Of course we're happy to pay for both your mileage and your travel time.
We're expanding, and would love to hear from you to have an informal chat about joining our small & passionate team.
We provide a consistent monthly salary, irrespective of the number of care calls you complete, ensuring financial stability and fair compensation. Overtime above your contracted hours is always paid at your standard rate.
You'll be visiting clients in their own homes and offering the highest level of support and care.
We'd love to hear from you, whether you're an experienced carer (with or without qualifications) or are new to care, and are keen to support people and have a positive impact upon their lives.
We'll provide full training, including sponsoring your Health & Social Care qualifications, and you'll receive a structured induction program.Those without the certification can still earn £12 per hour.
