A position at the recently renovated and spacious Longleat Ward might be just the right fit for you. The facility offers free parking and a tailored induction and training program to support your professional growth and career goals.

The ward specializes in providing sub-acute care, rehabilitation, and end-of-life services for Wiltshire residents. It is a welcoming and forward-thinking unit with an integrated team of healthcare professionals.

Clinical guidance is delivered by a group of Consultant Nurses throughout the organization, aiding the clinical team of Physicians, Therapists, Nurses, Support Staff, and Assistants to provide individualized holistic care, not only for the patients but also to support their families and caregivers.

Under the leadership of the Senior Sister, who strongly believes in compassionate leadership, the ward fosters and encourages staff to realize their full potential.

We offer the necessary training, support, and professional development for you to become a confident and capable Registered Nurse, collaborating with the NHS to deliver exceptional care in a unit you can take pride in.
