Monday to Friday.
This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.
At Flagship Group, we build, own, let, improve, and maintain over 32,000 homes across the East of England.
We work to Provide Homes and Create Sustainable Communities, with a long term goal of solving the housing crisis Our Asset Management Team plays an essential part in making sure that our homes are effectively managed.
The Capital Works team focuses on ensuring that our homes are regularly updated and maintained, to ensure they remain up to standard.
Your priorities in this role will be to support the team with administrative demands, relating to construction projects or surveys.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Administrator in the Capital Works Team from those with previous both interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer literate with excellent excel knowledge, you must also have strong organisation skills with an ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £24,200.
