Be part of our vibrant Customer Support Team based in Canary Wharf (and remotely)
Responsibilities:
- Engage with candidates to assist them during career transitions with personalized coaching and resources. This is a long-term opportunity lasting at least 6 months with the potential for extension.
- Send outreach emails and conduct follow-up calls to ensure candidate participation.
- Arrange and manage webinars, coaching sessions, and other supportive activities.
- Track candidate progress and maintain precise records in our system.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless workflow and provide support as required.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Sales Team, and other team members to meet service level agreements.
- Attend team meetings and share insights and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in customer service and team-oriented environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and proficiency with various bespoke IT systems.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
- Motivated team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Applying Common Sense to ChallengesHours:
Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (1-hour lunch break)

Hybrid Work Model:
While this role is primarily remote, it offers a hybrid arrangement.
The majority of the work is done from home, with occasional visits to the Canary Wharf office for collaboration. More frequent visits are required for initial training (full-time office attendance initially).
If you prefer an office setting, you have the option to work from the office more frequently.Travel expenses to the office are not covered, so you should be located within a commutable distance of Canary Wharf.
