ESkills/Requirements for the IT Systems Administrator:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is vital
  • Extensive MS O365 experience
  • Strong MS Azure cloud experience
  • Any previous exposure to PowerApps/PowerAutomate is highly desirable, however can be taught if needed
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to work directly with the internal team and also 3rd partiesStart date is ASAP for the IT Systems AdministratorThe IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Managing the businesses server and applications estate, troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software errors
  • Liaising with the Service Desk Team for any escalated tickets
  • Implement application and OS patching and upgrades
  • Providing management and configuration of the cloud based platforms within Azure
  • Develop, maintain and document instillation and configuration procedures
  • Perform daily system monitoring
  • Dealing with internal stakeholders to provide updates with ongoing projects and timelines
