Key Responsibilities:

nTake ownership of the end-to-end design process, from conceptualisation to executionnCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.nDesign across various platforms, including mobile apps, web interfaces, backend systems, and internal tools, maintaining a consistent design language and user experience.nKeep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, integrating them into our design processes.nEngage with healthcare professionals, patients, and clients to deeply understand the product domain.

nDemonstrate comprehensive skills in both UI and UX Design

Requirements:

n5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projectsnAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlinesnExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.nExperience in large-scale organisations with a degree of ambiguity.nA growth mindset, continuously seeking to enhance your skills and contributing innovative ideas to improve the product.

nB2C experience is a must
