It is built around experienced media traders and auditors whose job is to share and apply investment best practice across the network and ensure that our clients always receive the best media value and investment guidance.


The team play a vital role quantifying and tracking media buying performance across all Omnicom Media Group markets for clients.

We strive to define new ways of measuring value to ensure we continue to lead the industry in this area.


Your principal responsibilities include:

nDiary management; organising and scheduling meetings, booking rooms, registering guests with securitynBooking of travel for team, including collating costs and seeking sign off, organising of transfers, accommodation and visas where relevantnFirst point of contact for clients and external guests; welcoming guests, ensuring refreshments are available, wif-fi password etcnPoint of contact for all IT and office-related enquiriesnNew joiner on-boarding; updating staff info sheet, logging birthdays, ensuring relevant meeting invites are issuednManage employee leaver process; kit returnnEnsuring office is maintained to a high standard; reporting any maintenance issues to facilities, keeping stationary cupboard organised, updating of signage across the floornCover for admin team annual leave; ensuring adequate handovers are providednAssist in planning and hosting of internal and external events (team meetings, social gatherings).

nMaintaining and actively updating admin folder and key contacts sheetsnProcessing of team expenses and timesheets in a timely mannernAssisting EA to the CEO with office support, IT responsibilities for the team, gifts and adhoc projects
