BramahHR are hiring for an ER Advisor to oversee the casework for the company this role is responsible for investigating cases of conduct, grievances and occasional operational concerns and to support managers with cases they are completing.

This role is a part time position working 30 hours per week across 4 days the FTE pay is £33k.


Responsibilities:

  • Completely manage a caseload of investigations, including background research, interviewing for the investigations, compiling reports, and case presentation.
  • Work together with the internal teams to ensure timely, thorough, and impartial investigation.
  • Be diplomatic and respectful in difficult and uncomfortable circumstances including an investigation.
  • Conduct an analysis of the data gathered, and come to timely, fair judgements and findings. judiciously determine a witness's reliability.
  • Produce expertly written investigation records, plans, and reports.
  • Participate in the actions that result from investigations' followup.
  • Uphold discretion and consideration for all concerns.
  • Improve case investigations' calibre and speed in accordance with legal requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of investigations are conducted.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Have experience of working within an HR environment
  • Experience of managing HR casework
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Ideally hold a CIPD qualification

Job Types:
