The Role:
As a Compliance Product Analyst for Citi Wealth Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), you'll play a crucial role in supporting internal strategies, policies, and programs to prevent violations and maintain the firm's risk appetite. Working closely with various teams, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of compliance solutions tailored to meet the needs of Citi Wealth and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and maintaining top-notch Compliance programs and policies
- Support investigations, reconciliation procedures, and regulatory inquiries
- Research and implement necessary controls to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Generate and manage reports for tracking and analysis purposes
- Coordinate policy initiatives and training programs
- Collaborate with different areas within ICRM as needed
- Contribute to compliance risk assessment and control issue resolution
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable mindset
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of compliance laws, rules, and regulations
- Relevant education and experience in the financial services sector
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in financial services, regulatory, or legal/consulting fields
