Job Title:
Scrum Master with Automotive and Integration Experience

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach crossfunctional teams in Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily standup meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress and escalate issues as needed
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and encouraging experimentation
  • Monitor team performance and metrics, and report progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure team adherence to Agile principles, standards, and best practices
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of Agile methodology and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team
  • Collaborate with the Automotive domain experts to ensure timely and successful product development
  • Communicate technical and nontechnical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure successful integration of systems and products within the Automotive domain
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts across projects
  • Continuously improve the integration process to enhance product delivery within the Automotive domain

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Experience working in the Automotive industry and with integration systems
  • Ability to work with Automotive domain experts to enhance product development and delivery
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
