Role Overview:
- Ensure effective Permit control across various maintenance areas
- Review compliance within contract deliverables and KPIs
- Audit self-delivery and supply chain delivery
- Lead and manage the Account Permit Team
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop the maintenance team
- Oversee and manage the Permit Process
- Review and audit works to meet contract requirements
- Monitor risk and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders for maintenance performance
- Implement initiatives to enhance services
- Use CAFM, EMMA, AMT as per SOP
- Ensure completion of all works within SLAs and requirements
- Manage logbooks and compliance
- Lead all initiatives related to services improvement
- Review processes for operational excellence
- Monitor KPI and SLA performance
- Update Business Continuity Plans
- Ownership of audit process and inspections
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Wellbeing policies
Person Specification:
- Technically qualified with a minimum HNC/HND
- Thorough technical knowledge in asset management
- Experience in critical environments
- NEBOSH General Certificate or working towards
- Good understanding of statutory regulations
- Management experience in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of SFG20 and CAFM
- Demonstrable AP Status
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Extensive FM industry experience
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proactive individual with exceptional technical skills
