You will undertake direct clinical work for a minimum 60% of your time.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that the team provides effective care planning which meets professional standards and is in collaboration with their services users and carers.

You will get to facilitate reflection on the service delivery and identification of quality improvement work.

As a senior member of the team you will manage the unit on a day to day basis, assisting the Clinical Lead and acting as a mentor to junior members of staff.
