Bench & Machine Operative, to join the team.


As a
Bench & Machine Operative you will be a key member of the factory team, who is supporting the Factory Supervisor.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to build your career within a growing engineering and manufacturingcompany.

As a
Bench & Machine Operative - you will have the following experiences and skills

  • Experience gained within sheet metal fabrication environment.
  • Experience working with steel, stainless steel, or aluminium manufacturing, engineering or fabrication is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tool and plant in the work centre, including but not limited to saws, drills, mills, various hand tools, spot welding machines, section roller, tube bender
  • Ideally able to do basic fettling
  • Responsible for QC own work and raising issues with relevant superior.
  • Communicating clearly with superior the status of work
The following would be advantageous but not essential

  • Experience using CNC machinery
  • A background in engineering or fabrication is a plus.
  • Able to read engineering drawings.
*Working Hours: (6:00 - 14:15 Mon-Fri, or 14:1- 00:30, Mon-Thurs)
