Overview:
We are currently seeking a Forklift Driver and Yardman to join our team.

As a Yardman, you will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management.

This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and operating forklifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload materials and products from trucks or containers
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials within the warehouse
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials.
  • Organize and maintain the yard area to ensure efficient workflow
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in materials handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Basic math skills for inventory management and record keeping
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.
