We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, will be responsible for:- Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's etc.) and water system assets, such as booster sets, chlorifiers, water heaters etc.
- You'll be expected to deliver to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects .
- Keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately.
- On time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- You'll have the capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights.
- Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
- The ability to use a mobile device and good verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintenance/Facilities Management environment, C&G Level 3 or Level 5 NVQ or HNC equivalent.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures.
- Safe systems of working.
- A full UK driving license is required.
