The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide support in the accounts receivable department.

This role involves inputting sales orders and invoices into the finance system, creating and working of aged debtor reports in order to chase debt, processing sales order cancellations, write offs, reinstatements, and refunds.

The successful applicant will be instrumental in communicating with regional managers, regional offices and branch staff on a regular basis to obtain and verify information relevant to the department tasks.


The successful applicant will have previous accounts receivable/office experience, excellent written and oral communication skills and good use of Microsoft packages, namely Word and Excel.

We are a nationally based opticians and hearing care business.

With a Head Office in Birmingham and a local manufacturing facility, we support over 200 retail branches across England, Scotland and Wales.

This is a family owned business, which has maintained a presence in the city since 1938, and we are expanding.
