We are looking to appoint a Personal Learning Coach within the Learning Support Team.

You will support students across all courses and levels in college with the ultimate goal of supporting them to achieve and positively progress.

You will offer 1:1 and small group support to students to encourage effective study techniques and promote positive well being.

You will work collaboratively with cross College lecturing and support staff to meet the needs of learners in a wrap around model of support.

Through PLC support, students will become more resilient and have effective strategies in place to be able to become more independent and effective in their studies.
