Food & Beverage Supervisor 6 month FTC


As our
Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for will supporting and assisting with the day to day running of The Apartment including events and VIP guest visits.

You will represent Bicester Village and ensure that all guests receive a 5-star luxury hospitality service during their visit. You will deliver and promote all services and Village activities.

With your flexible approach, fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills you will provide the personalised and memorable flagship hospitality experience that will delight our guests

This Food & Beverage Supervisor
role is offered on a full time, contract basis for 6 months and is based in Bicester. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village.

This role includes working weekends and bank holidays.

To be successful with us, you'll have:

Experience as a F&B Supervisor/Restaurant/Lounge/VIP Events Supervisor in a luxury environment including hotel, retail and events sectors - this is essential:

  • Food hygiene Level 2 or above is desirable
  • Knowledge of basic Health and Safety
  • Solid understanding of the luxury customer
  • Ability to assist in projects and to work effectively within a team, as well as act autonomously
  • Knowledge of branding
  • Experienced in service delivery both front and back of house
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, responsible and able to work without close supervision
  • Wellorganized
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • High level of service
  • Excellent Grooming Standards, pride in their appearance and immaculate presentation
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin and Arabic languages are a plus)
