JOB DESCRIPTION:
Due to an increase in new work this boutique insolvency practice requires an Insolvency Administrator to join their business.
Role:
- Reporting to a manager you will take responsibility for your own portfolio of insolvency cases.
- Case types will include; Administrations, Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations, Members' Voluntary Liquidations and some personal insolvency cases.
- You manage your cases from inception through to closure.
- You will take responsibility for a junior member of the team; delegating and reviewing their work.
- Liaising with Directors both pre and post appointment
- Liaising with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues incorporating wrongful trading and other antecedent transactions
- Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of management
This role would be ideal for some with c.3 years experience who are looking to move into a more supervisory role in the next 2 years.
Our client is seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate insolvency role.
