My clients are looking for a Medical Team Administrator Leader. This role will still involve a lot of the day-to-day administration but will have some additional leadership duties.

This role would be perfect for someone who has worked at a GP or Medical Clinic in an administration role for a long time, and has had a taste for leadership and would like to take it a step further My client would also consider a strong Administration Leader who hasn't got a medical background but has very strong leadership capabilities.

This role is a permanent full-time position and is located in Merivale.
Provide support to the Practice Manager and Medical Director to ensure smooth business operating systems, documentation management and facility oversight
Manager roster to ensure Reception and Bookings are resourced appropriately
Ensure all Practice Care team members receive appropriate support, training and ongoing upskilling/development opportunities
Liaise with Technical Leads and Medical Director to provide appropriate triaging for any complex cases
Create a culture of inclusion and value
Minimum 3 years of experience within a GP or Medical Practice or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience working within an integrated computer system environment
Medical terminology experience is mandatory
