We have been in business since 2008 and are well-established as an organization with over 14 years of experience providing real estate services such as buying or selling property across the Cayman Islands.

What are the characteristics of a successful Independent Real Estate Agent?

  • Are you a selfstarter?
  • Do you have impeccable organization, communication and followup skills?
  • Do you have a genuine interest in servicing people?
  • If so, you may have the characteristics it take to become a successful Independent Cayman Agent.

Key Skills required
:
Hard working and conscientious Hunger to exceed agreed targets
Strong desire to be successful within the property industry Accustomed to and thrives within high-pressure environments
Problem solving skills, good at handling objections and a keen eye for detail Excellent time management skills and "can do" attitude

Knowledge of key property investment principles

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
