Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but full training is provided.

You will be working in a fast paced environment with a fun and lively team.

The role will include:

  • Effective leadership over a team of staff
  • Carrying out all duties of counter staff
  • Operating the till and cashing up at night, including banking
  • Take responsibility of store when manager is not on shift
  • Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning
  • Maintaining high standard of training staff
  • Maintaining high standard of customer service
  • Opening/closing of store
  • Manage stock and place orders

Successful applicants must:

  • Have previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
  • Be tidy, self-disciplined and punctual, setting a good example to other staff
  • Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Bring an enthusiastic energy to the team and motivate them to work hard
  • Maintain brand standards at all times
  • Be open to growth within the company
