Description:


At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the Tunbridge Wells office, in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

You will be required to work from the office for 1-2 days per week and for one of those days to be a Wednesday.


What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be creating and maintaining intermediary records within internal systems ensuring they are accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • You'll be registering new intermediaries and ensuring quoting profiles are correct.
  • You'll be implementing agreed processes and protocols for the management of Intermediary Network members.
  • You'll be supporting the development and operational requirements of our Key Intermediaries and Distribution Partners,
  • You'll have an operational oversight of the intermediary terms of business
  • You'll support the delivery of operational excellence ensuring we are the preferred healthcare provider to our Key Partners and Intermediaries.

Qualifications:

  • You'll have previous Customer Services experience.
  • You'll have previous experience of working for an insurer (although this is not essential)
  • You'll have a proven ability to deliver to the highest standards within tight timescales.
  • You'll possess an understanding of FCA regulation.
  • You'll have high attention to detail.
  • You'll possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You'll possess a strong team ethic
  • You'll be able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as using your own initiative when required
