We are looking for a passionate Registered Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our team at three Inverness practices. In this crucial role, you will be in charge of nurse consultations, theatre nursing, and inpatient care, while supervising a team of veterinary care assistants and a dispensary assistant. Your focus will be on empowering your colleagues and improving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the nursing department.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor veterinary care assistants, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to best practices.
- Manage rota, holidays, and performance appraisals for nursing staff.
- Uphold high standards of infection prevention and control.
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions for collaboration and professional development.
- Manage inventory and stock control processes.
- Implement and monitor enhancements in working practices to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
