We are currently recruiting for a Repack Key Operative at our Market Drayton site. With this role we offer a competitive salary, bonus, pension, life assurance and a flexible benefits programme.

Repack Key Operative – Key responsibilities: Accurately complete protocols and all other company documentation related to this positionProactive approach to all matters concerning Health and SafetyCo-operate with the employer in assisting them to fulfil their statutory dutiesWork in conjunction with Agency Co-ordinator in allocating work duties to agency staff to ensure an effective working environmentControl the ordering of WIP and Raw Material stocks in a timely manner to avoid machine starvation and maximize line efficienciesTo use all company equipment for the purpose it was intended and in accordance with health and Safety proceduresPrompt reporting of any accidents or near missesOperate equipment in accordance with laid down proceduresAssist the Shift Supervisor in tasks such as Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety, Work Place Inspection, Risk Assessment as and when requiredFlexible approach to your work arrangementsAchieve production target PPSH – pots per staff hoursFull adherence to all company standards, policies and procedures including: personal hygiene, the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment, Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain the required hygiene standards of the repack environment and general housekeeping of working areasOwnership of personal development plan, identifying relevant opportunities & taking actionRepack Key Operative - Key skills & experience: Able to work in a teamHave experience in working in a chilled environment, ideally within FMCGAble to work shifts including days and nights
