Who are we looking for?

We are in search of Client Service Advisors (CSA) to be the key point of contact for telephone and email queries, especially providing technical support to HSBC Innovation Banking clients regarding Cash Management and Debit/Charge Card products. CSAs should showcase a track record of problem-solving expertise in addressing client concerns, product issues, and service inquiries.

What will your role involve?

  • Offering front-line support via email and phone, collaborating across internal teams and processes to ensure accurate and prompt service delivery.
  • Delivering real-time technical assistance to clients for all online payment and card channels of HSBC Innovation Banking.
  • Handling customer complaints efficiently by liaising with the complaints team.
