We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a butcher.

Responsibilities will include preparing various cuts of meat to customer specification, Compiling customer orders ready for dispatch, Ensuring food safety standards are keep at all times.


This is an good opportunity for someone with a passion for butchery to join a very accomplished team supplying the elite of the catering trade.


Duties:

  • Butcher and prepare customer orders to specification.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- to help manage the usage of product stock and maintain traceability.

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a butchery role is required.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

£13.50-£15.50 per hour
