The Opportunity
We have the opportunity for you to join our team as Compliance Technologist.

• Ensure the allergen verification testing is carried out inline with the predetermined frequencies. Ensuring that site is operating within the correct parameters.
• Conducting fabrication audits.
• Surplus stock & waste champion within the technical department.
• Controlling the site's procedures to control the handling of surplus stock & waste to ensure that safety and legality are maintained.
• Logging and monitoring of surplus & waste stock with the aim to drive improvement.
• Key supporting role within the site technical team with flexible working to ensure that the business has full cover
• Key supporting role for ensuring internal compliance with BRCGS and customer standards
• Key supporting role with traceability information, exercises and filing.
• Key supporting role with any customer complaints

• Microbiological & Allergen knowledge
• Curiosity and the ability to facilitate improvements in compliance paperwork.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver objectives in a timely manner in a high pressure environment.
• Experience of manufacturing products for Tesco and familiar with their COP's.
• Experience in the food industry
• Competent in using excel spreadsheets
• Competent in conducting allergen verification testing
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to analyse and trend data
