JOB DESCRIPTION & MISSION


fwip is looking for an Operations Coordinator with analytical, problem solving and customer service skills to join our growing Operations Team.

You are the heart of the operation. You are industrious.

You are the NGolo Kante, the Luka Modri, the James Milner of the midfield in a Champions League winning team.


You will be responsible for coordinating the end to end Installation Programme from prep to post delivery within the UK.

Working as part of the UK Operations Team, you will work closely with the internal sales team and our logistics partners to manage the end to end Installation Programme, with a focus on post install customer happiness and a lightning fast service delivery.

This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in an exciting food tech scaleup. Youll be asked to do things that seem impossible, like refueling an F-16 mid-air. You might not succeed, but youll definitely try

RESPONSIBILITIESPreparing installs, tracking and optimising costs with service partners and keeping our customers up to date on their installations.- Managing relationships with our logistics partners (Rico/Circle) to ensure they work to our SLAs and monitoring / managing agreed KPIs with installation & logistics partners, booking installations promptly, escalating any installation issues and ensuring the quality control of all fwip installations across the UK.- Contacting customers and providing exceptional customer service.- Allocating stock and and inventory management.- Data entry and system administration onto our ERP system ODOO.- Updating google spreadsheets/trackers. Analyzing data to produce reports.- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Working with the internal teams, alongside external suppliers, you will ensure the installations are planned and performed to the required standard and in a safe manner.- Ensure the accuracy and reporting on both performance data from our products and our installation and service providers.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers. Understanding and appreciating best working standards with regards to deliveries and returns.- Comfortable working within ERP Systems and following processes relating to logistics, customer support, planning and servicing.- The management of people involved in the preparation of goods, demand planning, logistics, warehousing and fulfillment would be very beneficial but not essential.- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
