The Job
You will be responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of front of house beverage operations.

Your principal responsibility is to deliver and maintain a hospitable, enjoyable and progressive guest experience at all times, delivering beverage to exacting standards.

You will remain vigilant in maintaining a fully functional bar environment, whilst using your expertise to help all staff raise the level of beverage knowledge.

Day to day running of the bar, stock management, cashing up and quality customer service is paramount.


We need a person who will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service and knowledge and fully understand all aspects of the beverage menus, imparting this to both guests and staff.

A good communicator, pro-active in preparation, and have dedication in delivering consistent hospitality.

The hours

The role is 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week; working for a company who are passionate about you having a work life balance.

You will be encouraged to have two consecutive days off per week, which includes two weekends off per month.
However, a person with a dedicated and flexible approach is desirable.

Hourly pay negotiable from £9.50 per hour, depending on experience.
