The Opportunity

Job title: Customer Success Manager

Location: UK, Remote

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is a key member of the Commercial team in the UK supporting all service lines. In partnership with Account Managers and Account Executives this role is accountable for the delivery of quality services, creating loyalty and retaining customers while creating revenue growth, either directly or indirectly in collaboration with their commercial colleagues.

Your role in our mission:

Build and maintain customer relationships to understand the organizational business objectives and goals. Partner with key customer decision makers to structure partnership strategy as it relates to customer requirements

Ensure frequent, tactical communication to enable superior customer satisfaction and to keep customers educated on emerging industry trends

Proactively uncover additional contacts and key decision makers

Assess assigned customer's current and potential needs, determining appropriate Iron Mountain products and solutions.

Responsible for business plans through understanding the clients; business model, planning and decision making channels from understanding the customer's value proposition and ability to explain how they differentiate themselves in the marketplace.

Research of account status to prepare for contract negotiations. Responsible for assisting in the Renewal and executing on the Renewal process when needed.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for providing administration support in all account selling activities working with their commercial colleagues

Responsible for researching escalated service and billing issues to ensure all appropriate actions by other parties are being taken to resolve issue

Valued Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a customer focused environment would be a distinct advantage (Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Experience or Account Management)

Demonstrated ability of a customer focused approach

Prior experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform

Proficient with oral and written communication

A self starter, able to work in a fast paced, home based role
