SEND Classroom Assistant

Are you dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for SEND students? If the answer is yes, then this role as a SEND Classroom Assistant at an exceptional Primary School in Hammersmith & Fulham could be the perfect fit. In this position, you will support multiple students with diverse academic and social backgrounds both inside and outside the classroom.

As a SEND Classroom Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting students individually or in groups across various curriculum areas under the guidance of the class teacher. Additionally, you will evaluate and document academic progress to contribute to their continuous success.

This role requires a compassionate, attentive, and patient approach to cater to the specific needs of each child, including those with various SEND requirements such as SP&L, ADHD, ASD, impaired hearing, and vision.

SEND Classroom Assistant:
