A brand-new programme to Gymshark, the Merchandising placement will provide an opportunity to learn & develop your knowledge of end-to-end merchandise planning processes.

You will learn how Gymshark's merchandising teams ensure that products are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.

What you'll learn
You will complete a 13-month program, gaining exposure & supporting on:

• Analysing past and current sales data to identify trends
• Weekly and seasonal trade reviews, assisting in the delivery of relevant analysis
• Managing stock and inbound levels across Ecommerce distribution centers within agreed targets, working alongside procurement & logistics
• Managing allocation and replenishment processes for Gymshark's first retail store
• How merchandising work with other key stakeholders in the business such as Product, Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics to inform future merchandise planning strategies and build out a product range
• Seasonal planning tools such as range plans, WSSI's, lineflows and other merchandise planning documents
