As a General Foreman, you'll be working within the Regional Civils team, supporting them in delivering numerous civils projects on the Southwest Environment Agency Collaborative Delivery Framework where Kier is acting as the Principal Contractor.

Working in conjunction with the Site Team to ensure Earthworks, Concrete works and Drainage works are carried out accurately and that quality is maintained; Focus on Health and Safety, making sure all risk assessments are completed and submitted and that all works are carried out in accordance with Kier's Health and Safety policies and procedures.


  • Oversee the co-ordination of operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers in your section of works in a planned and controlled manner ensuring efficiency and minimising costs.
  • Ensure the project is safely delivered on time, to budget and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
