Year 5 Teacher / September Start
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver highquality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant degree.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the ethos and values of a Church of England school.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love of learning.
- Effective classroom management skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
