Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Specialist to join our team. You would have worked as a Procure to Pay end user that is willing to move into Process transformation role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding our existing business processes in the procure to pay cycle, defining new processes, and mapping these to Oracle ERP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:

  • Analyse existing P2P processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Process Redesign:

  • Define and design new P2P processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ensure new processes align with overall business strategy and goals.

Oracle ERP Mapping:

  • Map new P2P processes to Oracle ERP system capabilities.
  • Guide technical team for redesigned P2P processes.

Implementation and Testing:

  • Work with IT and functional teams to implement new P2P processes
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure successful implementation.

Training and Support:

  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for P2P processes .

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of new Procure to Pay processes and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest Procure to Pay best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in P2P process design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP system, specifically in P2P modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in business processes.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Understanding of procurement shared service requirements and compliance in P2P processes.
