Support Worker

Teesside £13.00 per hour

We support people to build a life in their own home and their community. We ensure a person centred and bespoke service is provided to meet a person's needs.

Support Workers Hours Per Week


We are also hoping to recruit hard working, enthusiastic individuals who have the drive and resilience to provide excellent support.

Full and Part-Time Posts Contract available ranging from 16 to 37 hours per week.

You will be required to work on a rota basis which includes a share of daytime, evening, weekend and possible sleep-in duties by roster.

We plan rotas in advance to aid your work/life balance.


We provide a comprehensive training package, so you are equipped to support tenants with all aspects of daily living and to meet their individual complex needs.


This is a great opportunity to share your hobbies and interests and natural skills in communication and support to build positive relationships.

Experience is not essential but desirable. Full training and development opportunities will be provided.
