Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for construction crew
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
  • Monitor progress of construction projects and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations on site
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to construction crew members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary:
£180.00 per day
