Backed by a stellar team of employees and investors with ambitious visions, we're on the lookout for a dynamic supervisor to play a pivotal role in leading our London operations, with promising opportunities for swift career advancement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and optimize delivery routes utilizing company software.
  • Ensure the efficient departure of all drivers in the morning.
  • Monitor and assist drivers in executing deliveries with maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day depot operations, including pick and pack, receiving, shipping, etc.
  • Support in staffing and team management.
  • Maintain regular communication with various levels of the business, from riders to executives.
  • Enforce adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Swiftly resolve parcel and vehicle issues, occasionally addressing breakdowns or personally delivering parcels to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Reliable and consistently dependable.
  • Proactive in problemsolving and suggesting enhancements for future development.
  • Diligent, trustworthy, and composed under pressure.
  • Proficient in utilizing data and adapting to software systems.
  • Outstanding organizational and timekeeping skills.
  • Enjoyment of people management.
  • Passionate about the Fin mission and sustainability.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a cando attitude.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable riding a bike and wearing a helmet.
  • Capable of lifting parcels weighing up to 25kg (for men) or 16kg (for women).


This role is for our North Acton hub with some need to work from other hubs in London from time to time.


Salary:
£13.00-£13.50 per hour
