Higher Level Children's Services strive to give young people with Emotional Behavioural Disorder (EBD) the environment and opportunity to develop themselves, realise and achieve their goals and aspirations.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for people who genuinely care, are engaging, proactive and hands-on to join our team of Residential Support Workers.
The young people that we support may require your guidance with life and social skills, education, training and employment, as well as being supported in the community; so, confidence in being solution orientated adaptive and lone working is essential.
We are looking for Residential Support Workers with previous experience who will complement the team and have the ability to hit the ground running.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme to maintain a high level of service that meets the needs of our young people.
You will join the team working on a rota which includes days, sleep-ins, nights, weekends, and Bank Holiday shifts, to ensure the young people receive the person-centred support and care they need.

Person specification:
- Have at least two years' experience of working with young people.
- Currently hold (or willing to work towards) an NVQ L3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Can record information accurately and clearly.
- Have good listening and communication skills, whether 1:1 or in a group setting.
