Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for professional HLTA to join this popular primary school in Becontree, Barking & Dagenham.

The position is a full time, long-term role paying up to £100 daily depending on your qualifications and level of experience.


You will be required to work closely with all Teachers within the school which will enable you to successfully cover lessons when required ensuring that pupil's welfare and learning remain positive and productive.

Strong behaviour management skills are requiredfor this role - you will be covering various year groups in this highly respected role.


This is a large 3 form entry school in Becontree with a nursery who have still maintained family/community feel to the school.

There are currently over 500 pupils on roll who are enthusiastic and motivated learners that care for each other and are proudof their school.

Staff here are focused on creating an exceptional learning environment for our children.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, knowledgeable of the curriculum and be committed to working as part of an energetic and friendly staff team.

An experienced and capableTeaching Assistant will be considered for this HLTA role.

A HLTA qualification is welcomed but not necessary, experience within various year groups is needed.
