You'll evaluate and provide continuous improvement to your teaching practice and have in place strategies that ensure maximum attendance, retention, and achievement.

You'll select appropriate resources, as well as use teaching methods and styles which promote active learning, to ensure that learners achieve their full potential in their learning journey.

Using your expertise and creativity, you'll be able to identify individual learning needs to design and plan lessons, accordingly, ensuring successful outcomes for learners are achieved.

You'll have proficient IT skills to use relevant software packages and ILT to teach both in the classroom and on-line (through Google Classroom and Meet).

In addition, you'll have the required qualifications which include: a teaching qualification at level 4; an English qualification at level 2; and be qualified to at least level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.
