Application Deadline: 12:00pm (midday) Monday 16th** January*The British Museum is currently recruiting for a Volunteer Administrator to provide vital administrative support to the volunteers' programme of the UK's leading museum. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the successful management of the Museum's volunteers.
The post-holder will support every stage of the volunteer experience, from recruiting and delivering training to maintaining databases and carrying out security clearances.
In addition, you will assist with the delivery of the volunteer-led programmes, such as eye-opener tours and Hands On desks, by working on rotas and maintaining communications.
We are looking for a highly organised individual, who can work successfully as part of a team.You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
