In this IT Sales Account Manager position, you'll be responsible for:
- Acquiring new business to boost company visibility and sales
- Managing client portfolios and offering pre and post-sales assistance
- Engaging with lapsed clients to regain their business
- Leading and engaging in monthly sales gatherings
- Participating in relevant product training sessions
- Creating, executing, and revising sales forecasts
- Serving as the primary account manager, tending to client requests and resolving concerns promptly
- Collaborating closely with dedicated sales personnel to ensure timely client support
