Role Overview:

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, covering parental leave with a start date of mid-February 2023.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ownership of recruitment across key technical areas of PlayStation
  • Managing a Sourcer, creating an environment of continuous improvement where ideas can be shared and built upon
  • Managing the recruitment process from brief to offer across permanent and fixed term requirements for your business areas.
  • Account management of recruitment agency suppliers for their dedicated business areas when needed.
  • Manage the offer process and partner with HR Operations to ensure paperwork is generated correctly and efficiently
  • Ensure the ATS and recruitment reporting is regularly updated to aid with metrics i.e. sources, agency against direct, time to hire, time to offer, average cost per hire etc.
  • Attend and coordinate external careers fairs and events to promote the PlayStation brand.
  • Support and coach on best practice interview techniques / process where required.
  • Collaborating with your HR Business Partner to ensure collaborative, transparent relationship is achieved.
  • Driving specific D&I activity and initiatives for recruiting by upskilling hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team on best practice and ensuring data is tracked successfully.

  • Personable, clear communicator who can partner with a variety of internal & external customers at all levels and build long lasting relationships.
  • Selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills who can work on their own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise by partnering with leaders to understand the urgency and need for hiring
  • Can deal with ambiguity in a fastpaced ambitious environment.
  • Strong resilience with a pragmatic approach
  • Have a blended career background of both agency but majority of experience working inhouse
  • A sourcing champion with the ability to adapt your search methodology to the diverse hiring needs

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment department set up.
  • EMEA based tech hiring experience
  • Strong Inhouse experience of hiring tech, studio or engineering roles would be desirable
  • Experience of partnering with hiring teams to promote diversity & Inclusion hiring campaigns or initiatives.
