We are seeking an experienced Zendesk Consultant with strong JavaScript skills to join our innovative fintech company.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing our Zendesk instance to provide exceptional customer support experiences.


nResponsibilities:
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Zendesk solutionsnDevelop custom Zendesk apps, integrations, and workflows using JavaScript and the Zendesk APInImplement advanced features such as custom reporting, triggers, automations, and macrosnOptimize Zendesk performance, scalability, and security to meet the demands of our growing customer basenTrain and support internal teams on the proper use and administration of ZendesknRequirements:nExtensive experience working with Zendesk as a consultant or administratornProficient in JavaScript, with experience in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, )nFamiliarity with Zendesk APIs, Zendesk App Framework (ZAF), and Zendesk developer toolsnStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsnExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesnExperience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
