Warehouse Operative/forklift Driver

Your main role will include:

  • Picking items for dispatch
  • Supporting on Goods in
- booking in deliveries

  • Using the forklift to put stock away and replenish shelves
  • Packing items in to boxes and labelling for delivery
  • Wrapping pallets
  • Loading to vans and third party couriers
  • General warehouse duties
  • Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse
  • Carrying out delivery drops as required

Additional (multi delivery driver) duties will include:

  • Deliver goods to customers
  • Unloading the van at designated post code which will involve lifting and carrying goods.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed on time in accordance with the schedule.
  • Ensuring relevant paperwork is updated on a daily basis.

  • Full Clean Driving license

Working hours:
Your normal hours of work are Monday

  • Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m, with a 1 hour unpaid break. Flexibility is essential as there will be times when you will be required to stay late at short notice.


If you are required to cover for deliveries, the hours will vary in accordance to the shift pattern between 05.00 a.m.

and 7.00 p.m. You will be compensated at an increased rate of pay when covering deliveries.
