An opportunity has arisen to join our busy estate agency team, initially as an Administrator but with the scope to progress into an Office Manager and Sales Negotiator role.

All necessary training will be provided.

Initially, the role will predominantly involve general office administrative tasks including fielding customer enquiries on the telephone and via digital communication (email/messenger etc.), however the successful candidate will be expected to develop their skills, with remuneration increasing commensurately to reflect this.

The starting salary will be dependent on skills and experience, with the potential to reach circa £50,000 once fully trained and excelling in the role.

Candidates should have previous experience in an office role, ideally in a property related field, however a lack of property experience should not be viewed as a barrier to working with us, as we can teach that.

What is important is an ethic for hard work, attention to detail and the ability to provide excellent customer service, and these skills should be considered essential.

A driving licence will also be necessary.
Once the successful candidate is fully trained, the role will offer a proportion of home-working.
